I have been using Ensign Windows for 5 years, and I have come to love it for its easiness to develop custom "things" (ranging from indicators to complex trading strategies) using DYOs (Do Your Own ... a relatively easy programing tool where everything comes from drop-down menus).
I did develop many fully automated trading systems, of which I traded a few live, currently trading 2 of these live.
My main concern is actually the lack of support for programmed trading systems ... what's built-in is really embryonic, I had to develop myself a complete infrastructure for backtesting.
There is a newer version, Ensign 10, which I have not started to evaluate yet.

I call it the sleeper software. You just don't here much about it. A single click from the chart and your in a live support room with great service.
