Amp Futures Broker Review

After being at several firms some with only one platform and limited choices it is great to be with a firm that has several free platforms and great tech support plus cheap margins and commissions. Im very happy with the service i get from amp and their support is second to none. check them out you wont be sorry.

I was exploring the Ninjatrader platform and was looking for a broker. I finally decided to go with AMP Futures several weeks ago after my broker offered to give me a commission discount to what ended up being one of the lowest rates I’ve ever seen--their CQG feed commission ends up being cheaper than Zen-Fire.

I didn’t expect much thereafter with such low prices--“what you pay is what you get”--but I have been pleasantly surprised. For one, my broker called me to follow up a few days after to see if everything was going OK.

More recently I had a problem with my platform and ended up calling in at 11 pm and was offered technical support. He also showed me how to add instruments from different exchanges.

I don’t know about other brokers, but the service at AMP has surpassed my expectations.

Since I’m a tech illiterate I agreed to pay higher commission to this firm just to get a better tech support unfortunately they are terrible always in rush and pushy never teach you how to do the job they only interface with your computer and “fix” it for you this by itself is a cause for security concernEspecially with kind of people working in this firm they are outright thieves be careful with the statement they send you check it, they might stole money from you. I have had a great experience with AMP. get the cqg data feed. it is awesome!! commissions are fair and they fix my problems immediatley.

I tried to be a loyal customer with AMP. It was not possible, they are way too expensive compared to the market and I could not get a hold on somebody to talk about it. Their technical support team is aggressive and told me it was my fault and I had to reboot. Save yourself the agony, find another broker. They might learn to get their act together if more customers are leaving them.

The service I have received has been terrific. I have a small account there that I use for high probability intraday set-ups.

Exceedingly happy with them. Switched to them after years with IB. They have surpassed my expectations on price, margins and service.

a couple times my phone calls weren't returned. not real pleased with customer service but very good tech support.
The reason I wouldn't recommend them is because I havn't enough experience with other brokers to compare them with so I am witholding any recommendation one way or the other
