Today is the 4th year anniversary of the Flash Crash.
Today is the 5th year anniversary of the Flash Crash.
I was trading the Eur/Jpy that day. I remember everyone days leading up to may crash was jittery like crazy. Almost like if someone would sneeze everyone would scream and sell everything. Then the Greece stuff started happening. I was short the eur/jpy and had some put options way out of the money on euro futures and some puts on qqq. They were the greatest trades I have made to date. I just wish I had the balls to buy YM. And I did see Ym -1005. don't know if they erased that trade or what but I saw it on my dom.
