Stock scanner

Anyone know a good stock scanner that can scan for something along the line of;

Min. Vol 1-million
Min. Mkt 100.00-million
Min. Vol index +2.70%
Min. Beta 1.01
Min. stock price of at least $6.00

Flags, Wide range's, 2 month highs.

I believed I have devolved a killer stock swing trading system with those inputs and If anyone knows a good scanner I would appreciate it, you would save me an 1 1/2 hours of time a day.

One of the set-ups I am looking for is the above criteria and a 2 month hi/lo, the range of the high must be wider than an 9 previous trading days go long above that high <RTH>.
I know that eSignal has a scanner but I've never used it and I don't know if they have all those related stats. If their scanner integrates with their indicators (which are written in JavaScript) then you may be able to get it customized to do what you want.

I've used Trade Ideas before. It's top notch and probably is capable of doing what you need. nkhoi has the links to their site a couple of posts above this 'un.
