Maria:

It is a built in drawing tool. If you look at the toolbar at the top of your chart you will see an icon that looks like a pen. Click that tool and the drop down menu list of drawing tools will be provided. Select the tool named "Fibonacci Extensions" and your mouse cursor will turn into a pen. Use the pen to click on your chart at points A, B and C. Once you make the third click at point C, the tool will snap the extension on your chart !
