that would be a time projection...there is no way to know WHEN for the price proj. time tells when you "should" see highs and lows not specific numbers

yes, when kool gives numbers like that it is for time
919.25 is .38 retracement of pit session range. 50% @ 925.25

Kool has a thread at Trade2Win under tech. analysis/price& volume that can do a whole better job of explaining it than me. check it out
