Tick chart trading

I am looking for some insight on tick chart settings for the ES.

Just find the size that gives you the number of trades you want during the day.

Try something in the neighborhood of 5500 to 6000 Volume on the ES. You could look at something as fast as 5,000 V, but it will be a touch more noisy in the chop.

Been messing around with the 800 Volume chart in the NQ, seems to work pretty well... roughly translates into a 4000 volume in the ES...
